Meeting expectations

We have been working with many of the same repeat customers who trust our expertise since we opened our Company in 2022. In this time we have helped many customers transition to understanding what is required to build a 7 Star home or unit, and to meet their BASIX obligations. It is important to seek a preliminary ESD assessment of your design prior to locking it in so that you know what your sustainability inclusions are going to be upfront. This way, you can ensure your project will meet your budget and expectations prior to starting your build on site, or you have the chance to make the necessary changes to the design before going ahead. We often come across customers who provide us with the specifics of the type of glazing, insulation, water tank size, etc. they would like us to nominate. Whilst we try to work with our customers preferences, these inclusions are what we are here to help you with, and it is up to our assessment process to work out the relevant inclusions to provide to you so you can ensure you meet compliance.
